Our expertly crafted, artisanal Mexican Foods begin with our flagship product: fresh corn tortillas made with all-natural white and yellow dent corn. These tortillas are complimented with a line of heat-and-serve taco fillings: Chicken Tinga, Cochinita Pibil, Vegan Chorizo and Refried Beans. We also produce several types of salsas, from the popular chunky style Pico de Gallo, to the authentic street-style blended salsas.

Ixim products contain only top-quality ingredients that are naturally gluten-free. They do not contain artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

    Ixim's fresh corn tortillas do not contain any fillers or preservatives. They keep well in the fridge for 5 to 7 days. They can also be frozen for up to 6 months.

    Our own vegan version of the traditional chorizo sausage, this tofu, lentil and potato mix is quite intense in flavour. Best cooked on a pan to add a crisp edge. Serve for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

  • Refried Beans
    Frozen Taco Filling

    A traditional staple in Mexican cuisine, this must try refried beans are to die for. Great side dish for Huevos Rancheros or as a taco filling. Just top with Mexican-style crema and feta cheese.
